We build what we advise.
The technical partner for scaling businesses. One senior team takes you from strategy, to shipped, to run, with no handoffs. Run by operators who helped scale an FCA-regulated marketplace from £20m to a £200m exit.
Strategy · Design · Build · Marketing · Operate. One team, no handoffs.
In short
Rogue Digital is a London-based technical partner for scaling businesses. One senior team advises and builds under one roof, across strategy, design, build, marketing and operations, with no handoffs, so there are no seams for work to fall through. Its founders helped scale Vanarama from a £20m business to a £200m AutoTrader acquisition, and now build and run their own AI products.
The gap between ambition and execution
You know what needs to happen. You don't have the team to make it happen, yet.
01. Your team is at capacity
You have a business to run. New initiatives need dedicated technical capability you can't pull from existing operations.
02. You need depth, not headcount
The project needs architecture, data, or platform skills your team doesn't have, and hiring for it would take longer than building it.
03. Your data isn't working for you
You're making decisions on instinct because the analytics infrastructure, automation, and tooling to do it properly doesn't exist yet.
04. You need a builder, not a brief
You don't need another strategy deck. You need someone who can design it, architect it, build it, and ship it.
What if you could...
Company
Our founders spent seven years as CTO and Director of Analytics at Vanarama, helping scale it from £20m to a £200m acquisition by AutoTrader, a 10x rise in value over four years. That is the calibre of experience behind every engagement.
We chose boutique deliberately. Fewer clients. Senior people only. The people you meet are the people who do the work.
We also build and run our own products. UpGrades, our own multi-role AI learning platform, went from idea to live in 13 days and now maps 65,000 UK schools. Building and running real software keeps us sharp, and proves exactly what production-grade delivery takes.
Why not the alternatives?
Hire in-house
A senior engineering team costs £800k+ per year in salary alone, before recruitment fees, management overhead, and the six months it takes to hire. We're operational in weeks.
Use a traditional agency
Agencies layer account managers between you and the people doing the work. Every decision passes through three people who don't write code. We don't have account managers.
Go offshore
Offshore rates look attractive until the rework starts. Time zones, context loss, and quality variance turn a £50k project into a £150k one. Our team is UK-based and senior.
Hire a Big Four consultancy
They'll charge £2,000/day for a junior consultant and hand you a PDF. We deploy senior operators and the deliverable is working software, not a deck. Learn more about our consultancy approach.
